Customer service is terrible. A lot could’ve been amended and a lot of miscommunication from their end. Upon collecting my car, asked about complaining and told to write a review. Later received a phone call from manager, raising his voice - belittling and gaslighting me. Was also charged for an MOT that wasn’t even done within the 6 to almost 7 hours my car was there. Disgusting considering I had a 9 week old baby with me so yeh not impressed.
